Our secure Patient Extended Care Unit provides the highest level of care for residents with memory impairment conditions such as Alzheimer’s, Vascular Dementia, or other dementia-related disorders that require extensive care needs. 
Our staff assists your family and loved one in dealing with the difficult lifestyle changes dictated by memory loss or forgetfulness.

San Clemente Villas provides an array of Typical Assisted Living services and care, our West Indies Extended Care Unit accommodations include:

Compassionate Assistance Care
Our memory care professionals have compassion and understanding of our resident's needs. Each staff member is carefully selected and trained to manage the unique challenges associated with Dementia.
The most important thing for our residents is to maintain a familiar daily routine. We help them feel safe, while adding meaning to their day. They participate in social activities designed to provide residents a day filled with activity.
Below are some of the activities we provide:
- Mind Reach - Mental exercises such as discussions, brain-stimulating games and reminiscing activities.
- Stretch & Strengthen – A variety of engaging exercises such as stretching, chair exercises, and dancing.
- Life Engagement – Group activities that provide a sense of purpose, accomplishment and belonging, utilizing familiar activities like baking, gardening, arts, crafts and decorating.
- Personal Grooming – Every morning the residents receive personal care with hair and shaving, including holiday and special occasion dress and grooming.
