Happy 18th Anniversary San Clemente Villas!

Dan Brazeau

On behalf of the Brazeau family I would like to thank all of our residents, family members, local businesses and our beautiful San Clemente community, for 18 years of support. As some of you know we lost my father Paul Brazeau the patriarch of our family, in May of last year. His dream was for San Clemente villas to stay a family-owned and operated luxury senior care community.

A little about my own background. I’ve successfully owned and operated a beautiful Assisted living community in the inland empire since 2006. I am also a licensed RCFE Administrator. I was instrumental in selecting and securing the location and the early development of San Clemente Villas, along with Paul’s wife Aileen Brazeau, and my siblings Mark Brazeau, Debbie Chapple and Leslie Brazeau.

After my father’s passing, I stepped in to oversee the operations, and in March of this year, brought Laura Kephart on board to assist us as our Executive Director. We have made many improvements so far this year. We have added a Cabana to our pool area, re-furnished our West Indies neighborhood, and patio, and you may have enjoyed a ride on our new Surf Woody Bus!

Leslie, Dan, Mark and Debbie

We have some big plans for renovations in 2021 including Paul’s Bistro and Wine Bar (My father loved his wine!), and renovations to our common areas and outdoor spaces - all designed with our residents’ comfort and enjoyment in mind.

Our Family will continue to provide excellent care and beautiful amenities for years to come. We will carry on our father Paul’s legacy for excellence and luxury, in a warm, friendly environment here on “The cruise ship that never sets sail”.

Thank you for allowing us to share your golden years.
Dan Brazeau
